All authors, whether commercially or self-published, could use a little extra help getting their book sold. Below are links to self-publishing companies, including the types of services they offer.

Bookseller associations are a good way to find lists of bookstores (independent and chain). Be sure to read these suggestions from the Great Lakes Independent Booksellers Association on how to get your book into stores.

I have compiled a short list of book cover designers as well, and will continue to add to it. Coming soon there will be lists of marketers to help you sell your book, plus editors, formatting specialists, and other author services.
